Noctis Imperium Turns “Resistencia” Into a Lifeline for Earthquake Victims

Venezuelan black metal band Noctis Imperium has announced a humanitarian initiative supporting communities affected by the recent double earthquake in La Guaira state and surrounding areas.

Through the campaign, 100% of the proceeds from digital sales of the band’s single “Resistencia” will be donated to earthquake relief efforts. The track is available for purchase, along with voluntary contributions, through the band’s official Bandcamp page.

Originally released as a tribute to resilience in the face of adversity, “Resistencia” has now taken on an additional purpose. Noctis Imperium explained that, despite personal contributions already made, they wanted to continue supporting those affected by the disaster nearly three months after the earthquakes.

With support from Documetal, the civil association A.C. Los Teques Apoya will coordinate the use and distribution of the funds. The initiative will focus on acquiring medical supplies, non-perishable food, and essential materials for vulnerable communities.

The campaign connects Venezuela’s metal scene with direct humanitarian action, turning music into a means of practical support during a difficult period.
